Jess Ponce, Principal Consultant & Coach, has over 15 years experience as a TV producer and media coach. He knows how to reach an audience. As founder of The A Factor, he has developed a unique methodology that utilizes his Entertainment background to help promote businesses and individuals.

He has produced programming for ABC, Fox, Warner Bros., E! Entertainment, TV Guide Network and MTV. He has worked with over 2500 celebrities and coached more than 1500 TV hosts, product experts, authors, spokespeople and executives.

Jess currently consults for diverse brands such as Nestle, HGTV, Publicis, DIY Network, Urban Possibilities, Nurse Barb and Disney Channel. A wide variety of professionals globally benefit from his creativity, candor and understanding of audiences.

He is a highly sought out international speaker and workshop facilitator specializing in personal branding, messaging and media strategy. He is also a coach, consultant and West Coast representative for Media 2×3.

Jess attended UCLA and is a graduate of the Newfield Network coaching program. He is a catalyst for change, helping clients get unstuck in their stories. His work is transformational.

 

Adora English, Consultant & Coach, brings a robust entertainment background to her role with The A Factor, including a long working relationship with founder, Jess Ponce.

As a Media Coach, she specializes in creating integrated media communications for high-profile personalities, executives, and knowledge leaders. Top players in business, entertainment and sports have worked with her in managing and staying on-message during their most defining moments. She also supports their leadership success within their existing corporate cultures.

Adora was founding partner of the Los Angeles-based Media-Savvy Productions for nine years.  Under this banner, they developed, sold, and produced television shows to a variety of networks and syndicators.  This rounded out many years of TV production history in every daypart from morning news, afternoon talk, to late night.   She received an Emmy nomination for producing in daytime talk.

With one foot in the world of coaching, and the other active in the entertainment industry, her consulting work allows her to have both. Adora currently lives in Florida with her husband and two young sons.
